1. About this store

This online store is operated by Digital Aura, 2256 Devon Avenue, Eugene, OR 97408, United States. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this website.

2. Products and information

We aim to describe products, condition, prices, and availability accurately. Images may vary slightly from the item delivered. Material condition or included-accessory details shown on a product page form part of the product description. We may correct errors and update listings, but will contact you if a correction materially affects an order already placed.

3. Orders and payment

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, payment cannot be authorized, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid. Prices, taxes, and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Payment is processed by Shopify and/or the providers available at checkout.

4. Shipping, returns, and refunds

We currently ship to the United States and Australia. See our Shipping Policy for delivery information and Return and Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee and instructions. These policies are part of these terms.

5. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you provide. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit fraudulent orders. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store and its customers.

6. Intellectual property and third-party services

Website text, design, images, and trademarks are owned by Digital Aura or their respective rights holders and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. The store uses Shopify and may link to third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy notices.

7. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Australian customers may have guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. A product fault or misdescription may give you rights beyond our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind guarantee.

To the extent permitted by law, Digital Aura is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. This clause does not limit non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies where you live. We may update them by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes will not remove rights that already arose from an earlier purchase.
