1. Where we ship

Digital Aura currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States and Australia only. If a destination is unavailable at checkout, contact us before ordering. Pickup is not offered unless expressly shown at checkout.

2. Shipping costs and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated. Options vary by item and destination. We do not make a fixed processing-time promise in this policy.

3. Order processing and tracking

We send an order confirmation after a successful purchase. When an order ships, we provide tracking information when available. Contact hello@digital-aura.net with your order number for status questions.

4. Delays and unavailable items

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within the time required by applicable law when no time is stated, we will notify you and offer the choices required by law, including cancellation and a prompt refund where applicable. Please contact us if an order appears lost or delayed.

5. Australian orders, taxes, and duties

For Australian delivery, taxes, duties, and import charges may depend on product, order value, and shipping method. Any amounts charged by Digital Aura will be shown at checkout. Additional amounts may be assessed by customs or the carrier where applicable. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

6. Address and delivery issues

Check your delivery address before submitting an order and contact us immediately if it needs correction. After dispatch, an address change may not be possible. If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly.
