Return and Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is delivered. Email hello@digital-aura.net with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

2. Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be in its original condition and include its original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any bundled items. Please include your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. We may inspect a returned item before approving a refund. A product missing parts, damaged after delivery, or no longer in original condition may not qualify for this voluntary guarantee, except where applicable law gives you a remedy.

3. Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend tracked, insured shipping and secure packaging. Contact us first for the correct return address. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. For an approved change-of-mind return, we refund the product price and applicable tax to the original payment method. Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If we cancel an unshipped order or cannot fulfill it, we will refund all amounts required by law, including shipping where applicable.

5. Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Email us with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if available. We will provide a remedy required by applicable law. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Australian Consumer Law guarantees continue to apply to Australian customers, including repair, replacement, or refund rights where applicable.

6. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. We will try to cancel before dispatch. If the order has shipped, the return process above applies, without limiting legal cancellation rights.
